If you receive a book that is defective or damaged, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or refund, please contact us at info@balestier.com with your order number and a brief description (or photo) of the damage.

Refund Processing

Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (defective or damaged item), we will cover any necessary return shipping costs.
